As if we didn’t have enough to worry about…a million different ways to just tie a tie…button down shirt collars have been going through growing pains the last few years. We saw the club collar come and go and now the wide-spread collar or cutaway collar is growing in demand. It’s a sophisticated look without being too flashy. BUT, here is our disclaimer–this look will not look great on every man. We recommend this look only for thin and/or long faced men. Round faced men, we’re sorry…but you’re stuck with medium to regular spread collars (darn…a total classic). We’re finding that the best cutaways are being made by British companies right now.
